How do I open Parked TV on my car?
Connect your iPhone to CarPlay, then tap the Parked TV icon on the car screen. If you can't see it, open the iPhone's Settings → General → CarPlay, choose your car, tap Customise and add Parked TV.
Why does the video stop when I drive?
For safety, video shows on the car screen only while the car is parked. When the car moves, the car screen shows the map and the sound keeps playing. The picture comes back by itself when you stop.
What is free?
Everything on your iPhone, and maps on the car screen. Video on the car screen is free for 10 minutes a day. After that you can buy 1 Hour or 5 Hours of credits that never expire, a Day Pass (unlimited for 24 hours from first use), or Parked TV Pro (yearly or lifetime) for no limit.
Does a Day Pass expire?
Yes. A Day Pass starts the first time you need it and ends 24 hours later, whether you watch or not. Hour credits never expire.
How do I get my purchase on another iPhone?
Open Settings → Parked TV Pro → Restore Purchases to bring back Pro. Hour credits and Day Passes stay on the iPhone where you bought them.
How do I cancel the yearly plan?
Open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. Lifetime never renews.
How do I ask for a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase.
Why are some apps black when I mirror my iPhone?
Apps that protect their videos, such as Netflix, hide them from screen mirroring. Their sound still plays.
Does Parked TV come with channels?
No. Parked TV plays your own sources: M3U playlists, Xtream codes, Plex, Jellyfin, Emby, WebDAV, Nextcloud, or videos on your iPhone. Add only content you have the right to watch.
Which languages does the app speak?
19: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, Turkish, Russian, Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese, Hindi, Telugu, Dutch and Polish. The app follows your iPhone's language, or pick one in Settings → Language.
